We did an experiment with a cane toad today. good fun :3

it was made just a little bit harder due to the fact that i'm stuffed full of cold and flu meds.... also because im mute :/

yeah... woke up this morning and i had lost my voice. funnnnn times :/


also, i'm a little worried about my bird, Simon. he doesn't look so well after all this rain and wind.

i've moved his cage so it's undercover and away from the wind and stuff but i think it's just because he's getting a bit old.

poor baby.

yeah, being sick sucks
though being sick AND unable to verbaly voice my displeasure at BEING sick sucks more

simon is a cockateil, he's my baby (i bred him from my first two cockateils *both now deceased*)

he's all white except for his yellow and red crest and a couple of yellow stripes on the edges of his wings

We had a cockatiel for awhile, a rescue that showed up on my college campus outside in the middle of nowhere. Sweetest little guy you ever did see - they have so much personality.

simon was the last of my babies that i had raised, his parents died a few years ago.
