And yeah, I agree with kalaryx to watch your back, keep track of every incident with dates, times, and even though she sounds infuriating do your best to keep it calm and professional when you talk to HR (ie she's creating a hostile work environment and making it hard for you and others to be productive employees, instead of she's being an impossible bitch).
