Lennox snorted from his position hanging over one of the railings preventing the humans from falling from their little balcony. The structures both preventing the small organics from getting underfoot and putting them at a handy eye-level with their metal companions.
This particular vantage point made for an excellent view of the screen mounted on the far wall. Many an off shift had been spent watching movies on the massive, cinema sized device.
"They're not really that colour." The soldier scratched at his cheek, amused by the small jets misunderstanding. "Females just paint them to make them more attractive.... i think."
"Oh" fireflights face fell "well, your fuzz comes in different colours" he waved a hand over his head "i just assumed..."
