Out here we have a show called "World's Dumbest" and occasionally the theme is "world's dumbest criminals". These chaps you describe could fit RIIIIIIIGHT in with those. Wow that's a chain of fail right there.

I admit by the subject line I was afraid this post was going to be more "my boss is crazazy aaaaaah" so I'm pretty relieved it's just 'other people are crazazy hahahahah' instead!
