how hard is it to deliver a goddamned package!?
i was supposed to get a package yesterday, asshole drove past my house and left a 'failure to deliver' slip in my mailbox. our front door was open and visible from the street he just couldn't be bothered walking up the stairs.
I rang to complain last night, they said they would deliver it between 8-12 today. It didn't come, rang up and they said 'oh, definitely 1-5.
it's 5pm now, i just rang up, 'oh, it will get delivered Monday because the driver pushed the delivery back'.
MOTHER FUCK, I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO RING YOU TO FIND OUT WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!
ESPECIALLY not twice in one day.
And your shitty 'oh, i'll talk to the drivers' blow off was piss poor mister supervisor.

I'm living in a rear house, and sometimes I think they're just to damn lazy to walk to the backyard and ring! <.<
