LOL! Like bees! Only the ones fed royal jelly for a certain number of days become queens. I love all the weird biology anaologies. My headspace transformers are like Jack-in-the-pulpits males until they gain a certain level of age and wisdom and energy, and then they can be females if they want to. :P
